1. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

1.1 Standard Shipping
We offer standard shipping for all orders. Delivery times typically range from 3–7 business days for domestic orders, depending on your location and shipping method selected.

1.2 Express Shipping
For faster delivery, we also offer express shipping, which ensures your order arrives within 1–2 business days. Additional charges apply.

1.3 International Shipping
We currently offer shipping to select international locations. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and customs processing. Please contact us for more details on international orders.

1.4 Shipping Timeframes
Please note that all shipping times are estimated and may vary based on factors such as:

  • Availability of products,

  • Shipping carrier delays,

  • Holidays, and

  • Unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather or strikes).


2. Shipping Costs

2.1 Shipping Fees
For orders that do not qualify for free shipping, the shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on:

  • The size and weight of the items in your order,

  • The shipping method selected (Standard or Express).


3. Order Processing

3.1 Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of receiving your payment, excluding weekends and public holidays. Please note that custom orders or special items may take longer to process.

3.2 Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.

3.3 Dispatch Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 15:00 PM (local time) may be processed the next business day. We do not process orders on weekends or public holidays.


4. Delivery Address

4.1 Correct Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

4.2 Address Changes
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once the order has been shipped.


5. Shipping Restrictions

5.1 P.O. Boxes
We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for delivery.

5.2 International Orders
For international orders, customs fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are calculated by the destination country’s customs department and are due upon delivery.


6. Delays and Lost Packages

6.1 Delays
While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, delays can occur due to reasons beyond our control, such as weather, customs, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you if there is a delay in your shipment.

6.2 Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and provide a solution (e.g., replacement or refund) where applicable.
