Bellavest® SH is a highly versatile, phosphate-bonded precision investment material designed for crowns and bridges, including pressable ceramics and press-to-metal restorations. It delivers reliable performance and exceptional flexibility for a wide range of dental indications.
With its shock heat capability, Bellavest® SH can be rapidly preheated at insertion temperatures of up to 900 °C or processed using a conventional heating cycle, allowing efficient scheduling and workflow optimization in the dental laboratory.
The system uses the specially formulated mixing liquid BegoSol® HE, enabling consistent results with a single-liquid approach for maximum convenience and control. Its finely balanced expansion properties and smooth, creamy consistency ensure easy handling and precise, reproducible outcomes.
Offering a generous working time of approximately 5 minutes, Bellavest® SH supports comfortable, fatigue-free processing. The material produces exceptionally smooth casting surfaces, improving fit accuracy while reducing the need for extensive finishing work.
Once set, it provides high edge strength for dependable results, while still allowing easy deflasking. This helps save time and reduces the consumption of blasting media such as Korox® during finishing.
