VarseoVest P Plus is a premium phosphate-bonded, shock-heat investment material specifically developed for casting CAD/CAM partial denture frameworks produced through 3D printing. It consistently delivers exceptional fit, smooth casting surfaces, and highly reliable results.

Its outstanding flow characteristics allow effortless investment of even the most delicate clasp designs and fine margins, while the extended working time of approximately 4 minutes and 40 seconds ensures comfortable, stress-free handling.

For greater productivity, the invested mould can be placed directly into a furnace preheated to 900–950°C just 20 minutes after investing, significantly reducing the overall heating cycle and production time.

The material’s exceptional strength helps prevent mould cracking and damage caused by resin expansion during burnout, ensuring dependable processing throughout the casting workflow.

VarseoVest P Plus combines excellent edge stability with easy deflasking, reducing blasting material consumption and supporting cost-effective production.

Precise and reproducible expansion control is achieved with the specially formulated BegoSol® K mixing liquid, providing consistently accurate fit results.
