This Type 4 alloy (ISO 22674) is designed for precision dental restorations, offering a reliable combination of strength, workability, and clinical safety.
It is biocompatible and corrosion-resistant, and completely free from nickel, cadmium, and beryllium, ensuring excellent patient compatibility and material stability.
A specially engineered heat treatment improves machinability, allowing for up to 25% less tool wear compared to conventional alternatives. With a low hardness of 290 HV10, the alloy is easy to polish, supporting efficient finishing and a high-quality surface appearance.
Its homogeneous structure, free from cavities and porosities, ensures consistent performance and dependable casting results.
Available with or without shoulder design, it offers flexibility for different restorative techniques.
