Description
Motorex CS-CLEANER is a neutral, VOC-free cleaner for coolant circuits and spindle cooling systems in machine tools. It effectively removes grease, oil, sludge, and fungal residues while remaining compatible with plastics, painted surfaces, and metals. Because it contains no biocides, it is not classified as a biocidal product.
Use: Add 3% by system volume 48 hours before coolant replacement; machining can continue during cleaning. For heavily contaminated systems, leave in the circuit for up to 72 hours.
Important: For water-miscible coolants only (e.g., Motorex Cool X or Core Ready Plus). Remove solid residues mechanically, then drain and clean the system thoroughly before refilling.
