Shock-Heat Investment Material for 3D-Printed Partial Denture Frames
VarseoVest® P plus is a phosphate-bonded, shock-heat precision investment material specifically developed for investing 3D-printed partial denture frameworks. It ensures reliable casting results with excellent fit accuracy and consistently smooth surface quality—even when using pressureless investing techniques.
Its outstanding flow properties allow effortless investing, even with delicate or highly detailed structures. A long working time of over 4 minutes supports comfortable, fatigue-free processing in the dental laboratory.
Designed for efficiency, the invested mould can be placed directly into a furnace preheated to 900–950 °C just 20 minutes after investing, significantly reducing overall heating and processing time.
The material provides high mechanical strength, preventing cracks or tears caused by plastic expansion, while still allowing easy and clean deflasking after casting.
With precise and reproducible expansion control using the special mixing liquid BegoSol® K*, VarseoVest® P plus delivers consistently accurate fit results.
Despite its advanced performance, it is easy to handle and processed similarly to conventional partial denture investment materials, making it simple to integrate into existing workflows.
